Read full review Pros Ability to record video and screen casting through the platform. Social component similar to Facebook. Users can rate tasks and courses for immediate feedback about the content. Exceptional customer care. Easy to use for the content creators and for the end user. Read full review CrossKnowledge provides learning content across a wide array of subjects, and this content is delivered using various delivery methods (interactive e-learning, videos, reading material, activity journals, etc.) CrossKnowledge’s learning suite makes it easy to set up and roll out a highly customised learning management system. CrossKnowledge offers a mobile app that makes it easy to access both the learning management system as well as their learning content on the go. Read full review Cons Sometimes the platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like Frequent updates that can impact the guidelines we establish for our internal employees Catalog access for courses is linked to programs requiring participants to retake a program instead of just replaying a singular course. This is being addressed in a future update. Read full review As a learning management system, CrossKnowledge’s backend is missing several key features for learning administrators It is immensely difficult to set up learning events and managing invitations to learners Reporting is extremely limited: you can only see the reports that CrossKnowledge seems necessary; you have very limited customisation options, and many of the basic reporting functions are simply impossible Read full review Likelihood to Renew Since I started in our organization, 360Learning has evolved and keep evolving and makes the experience easier and better.
Read full review CrossKnowledge’s learning content makes it a no-brainer. Besides, while their LMS isn’t as powerful or robust as we’d have liked, it’s still serviceable and most of our learners aren’t directly affected by it.
Read full review Usability You don't really need to be trained to use it, it's like social media. If not, there's full documentation available, it's not a steep learning curve at all. There's lots of advice about how to better use the platform too. I don't see any need for improvement here but left a 9/10 JUST in case.

Read full review Implementation Rating I was not part of the implementation.
Read full review Alternatives Considered So we have a subscription to microsoft that has learning as well (provided by former lynda) and that doesn't do as well as 360Learning does, nor does it allow you the ability to create courses, everything is custom built by Lynda or third party resources so the ability to view great up to date content and to be able to create our own has been a huge sales point.
Read full review Moodle is a far more powerful and flexible learning management system for learning administrators. Where CrossKnowledge has the edge is in its fabulous learning content library.
Read full review Return on Investment Creating the Path as when you modify a course is live. Not being able to download your content if it is directly developed on the platform caused us issues as we had to copy-paste into a PowerPoint all content that a previous eLearning designer had developed. Read full review It’s extremely difficult to evaluate ROI of a tool like CrossKnowledge, but it’s only been a little over a year since we rolled it out across the organisation and we’ve already made it part of our performance management system Read full review ScreenShots
