In terms of user-friendliness and overall navigation, I think AlienVault USM has the advantage. Also, AlienVault USM provides its own threat intelligence and then integrates it into its SEIM, which is a very helpful feature.
They don't have a trial method and didn't provide us with options to test with our environment. Only a POC method or demo with their assets which can not help when you are trying to deploy it in your environment.
I’ve found AlienVault to be the cheaper, simpler winner in the space, but their platform leaves a lot to be desired (though I still haven’t found anything better).
