Likelihood to Recommend AutoCAD 360 has multiple functionalities that adapt to circumstantial conditions. It has a focus on available tools at all times and deserves to be updated to be at the forefront of technological platforms. It is very useful in some aspects of functionality to have access to less dense and capable tools to develop environments and improve visualization.
Read full review Nothing we've come across is really better at estimating, projects, billing, and invoices. The way the system is set up is simply the best for keeping track of things. Large jobs can be really hard to handle on different platforms, and this is really a good system for people who are working with big numbers, lots of workers, etc. It has what you need. We have one job that is, in our files, pretty messy looking, because we used something else. Specifically I think if we'd had CF at that time, and did the whole process on CF, our documents would be better in order for that job. We haven't had a job like that since joining CF, but I am excited to see what that looks like when it comes time
Read full review Pros Allows our entire design team to share and review information graphically in one location (cloud-based). Has the capability to fluidly interact with many other Autodesk software products. Being able to use AutoCAD 360 on the iPad is a great feature without having to install the software. Read full review Estimate templates for that allow line items a broader scope of an estimate template to be selected. Training with CF is outstanding. Live chat as well as countless videos. Talk to text is a great feature for adding notes to a project. Read full review Cons It'd be nice to be able to use AutoCAD 360 to leave comments on peoples files, such as being able to annotate a certain part of it and mark it for review, so then its author can look at the note and make necessary changes. Users now need to exit one log entirely to view or check another, resulting in a significant waste of time and reduced efficiency. Customization options for reports. No options to set up and automatically send reports by email to specified users. Read full review Likelihood to Renew This is so useful so we would like to keep renewing as Autocad 360 does. In fact we are very optimistic about the tools that come in every renewal because we will then have even more features available.

Read full review Usability Mostly great, especially for the price. The features appear to have definitely been designed by a team with a depth of construction specific experience. I also highly rate the usability because of the vast vast amount of customizability inherent in the system. It appears that almost all forms and features are customabizable on the company level and even specific to different individual users.
Read full review Support Rating I rarely give anyone a 9 or 10 rating for service. The main reason for this rating is Contractor Foreman's dedication to improvement. To be completely frank, CF has fallen down on their tech help with me several times, but I am an exceptionally difficult user to service as I tend to use a product up to it's limits and want more. CF has actually addressed these wants several times (after waits that seemed interminable, but were actually pretty damn fast in the reality of software development)
Read full review Alternatives Considered Although there are lots of alternatives to AutoCAD mobile on the Google play store and the app store, many of these alternatives are not professionally developed and are associated with shady developers. So there might be a privacy or security risk with the usage these alternatives. However,
DWG FastView is a worthy competing alternative.

Buildertrend and Conconstruct near daily for a little over 10 years. They were both pretty solid. But the price kept going up without much value being added to the software. As they grew, they didn't upgrade with the growth, so the sites became slower. Contractor Forman has all the functionality of the others, and several other tools that they don't. There are several tools our company doesn't even use yet that look great. It's not perfect, and the learning curve due to its increased capability is a bit of a challenge. But overall, it is superior in every way that mattered to us, and more affordable.
Read full review Return on Investment ROI is a bit low, because a lot of people are moving to Revit and BIM 360. Not all consultants use CAD so it makes it hard for compatibility.
