Awardco has something for everyone. I have employees in a variety of age groups and some want to travel, some want a tangible item, and others feel like they don't really need/want anything so they choose a gift card so they can use it how and when they choose. Awardco allows that flexibility. Also, if the individual isn't ready to make a selection right away, they can save their points to use at a later time. If an individual would like to select an item larger than their award amount, they are not able to add dollars to their personal account, which may cause some frustration to an individual.

Having an initial plan for the creation of eligibility forms can be a good idea to already have a pre-established design and with this design, you can reduce the time of work even more. I like to recommend this tool for companies that need to consolidate their requirements management plans. The workflow is at its best and this is thanks to the fact that this tool is very easy to use and the configuration is also easy.

  • SurveyMonkey Apply has the best customer service I've ever experienced in a company. They are easily accessible, super helpful and friendly, and they will work until they are able to find a solution.
  • The platform for building an application on SurveyMonkey Apply is simple for the user. It's set up with such a clean format that is appealing to the eye and incredibly user-friendly.
  • The application system also has a lot of flexibility, making it easy to customize your applications as needed.

  • I would like the system to be able to send email notifications to more than the employee and the HR Manager. It would be great if we could include the manager and the GM as well. Now I just forward the message to the others.

  • An average administration may not have the technical capabilities to adapt and shape it for themselves. While SurveyMonkey Apply has an option for tech support for a price, it is not something always easy for the admin.
  • There is no way to cross reference users by Social Security Number or other identifier. In other words, a single applicant with multiple email addresses could potentially apply and receive benefits as the users are tied to email address not email address and SSN.

    I have only used a few other award programs and selections have been extremely limited. There is nothing worse than receiving a catalog with 10-15 items to choose from and you don't really want any of the items. It is even worse when the company spends two to three times the cost on a gift that can be purchased elsewhere for much, much less. The employee has an idea how much something costs and as a result feels like the company didn't appreciate them by giving an inexpensive gift. Awardco gifts are dollar for dollar.

    SurveyMonkey Apply is likewise simple, however it lacks some of Google Surveys' integration. The majority of people use Google or have a Google account, making it incredibly convenient for them to utilize. Google Surveys are free, and Survey Monkey has a free account, however it is more limited than Google Surveys.

    • Positive Impact: allowed us to move to a more virtual office, just in time for COVID's forcing all to work from home/remotely.
    • Negative Impact: made it much harder to capture all data we need to merge with all applicants since organization created.
