All of our applications server in the new company that we bought are windows based, despite that there are other alternative to build the report and dashboard, it is something that has worked wonder for us, apart from it is only available in Windows and indexing data that might eat the resource, I still see the application as one of the major player for reporting

We tried to explore other options but we didn't explore other options too long as it will risk our business process and business outcome, as what we want from the processes in both reports and dashboard are giving us a satisfactory result, so familiarity is why we still using it till today and some foreseeable future

ManagementPlus was more user friendly; support staff is located in United States, and had all the modules combined. I didn't have to look to different companies for PM and EHR. EHR is customizable to the user.
