CustomShow.com vs. Optymyze

It is well suited for larger organizations. It cannot be used by single individuals like people who use Prezi or Powerpoint. If you are a large organization and looking to save on productivity, time, and improve branding across marketing and sales pitches, this software is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend anyone heading up a company with 25 employees or more consider the software.

It depends on the complexity of your selling process, the sales crediting and the number of associates. Small or large organizations who have a simple selling to incentive process; sell something and get paid will find Optymyze to be too much for them. Organizations who have multiple selling organizations who overlay each other and have complex selling will see benefits from a platform such as Optymyze

• I think the analytics piece could be improved a little more.

• The front-end reporting functions were supported by a third-party platform at the time. It made it challenging to create reports on your own and relied on Optymyze to provide that type of work.
• The ability to map territories with similar function to a ZS Associates Territory Designer. Allowing to lasso areas and create "what-ifs"

Because it provides a great user experience, it makes my organization look good in front of pitches, and the software is great from a collaboration perspective. Plus, I like the fact that i can use video incredible well with all of my presentations. It has minor challenges and takes time to figure out, but once you do the sky is the limit.

I think they are all stacking up against each other. Powerpoint is a free alternative. But I think CustomShow doesn't focus on better looking powerpoint slides....it focuses on better looking presentations period. Because of that, CustomShow is really in a different category of business presentation software and up there with Clearslide.

Optymyze is not the cheapest nor most expensive product out there. What I found with the firm was the ability to deliver on its promises and be able to adapt to the business without getting outside of their comfort zone. Other products have a box that is too rigid while others are so complex, and so open, you might as well develop a home grown system
