- If you need to review a lot of documents and don't want to spend a lot of money with all needed software licenses, this product is good. - If you have a document with sensitive information that you would like to share to someone but removing that sensitive part, you can create a view and share with them. - The tool ensures the content is not leaving the repository and source file can't be edited. All companies have scenarios to preserve compliance.

• I didn't find an integration with Microsoft Power Apps at least.

This is the only idea and innovation management software I use for our internal processes and we soon plan to use this for our future lined-up services.We have tried GERU in the past but that is a visual mapping software and does not really help in managing proper communication between guests and internal team members.

• Ideas are well tracked and centralized in one place.
• We can prioritize ideas and take immediate actions on them.
• Our team members are recognized for contributing improvement ideas and hence our team is encouraged to think outside the box about business challenges.

• Spend less in other licenses to open specific types of files.
