Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Pros
- I really do think they do a good job of minimizing how much you have to click to do things!
- There is so much functionality and customization available so I can build out projects and tasks however I want
- I absolutely love the board view and sorting by due date, so I can see what is due now and drag things around. And I love being able to filter and save views so I can have a different one for each client. I would not be able to manage everything without it!
Cons
- The time reporting on mobile does not seem to work. The time always displays in XX:XX:XX:XX format which does not make sense. There is also nowhere to filter the time that displays so I really have no idea what timeframe I am looking at.
- Tags don't always show up, I have to create them again and then the system usually figures out it's the same one. the colors also seem to change randomly on the tags.
Return on Investment
- Before ClickUp at my agency, we were using spreadsheets to track our client work. ClickUp made it all so much easier and more effective.
- It helps me track down to the smallest details so I don't miss anything, and it is easy to view the information I need when I need it
- I don't really have quantifiable numbers but I can't imagine going back to spreadsheets or what other terrible alternative we may be using otherwise!
