We currently use Indeed Resume to identify talent for our organization. We are currently using it with a team of three in our sourcing department. It helps identify alternative sources of candidates.
  • Identifies talent that appear no where else.
  • Identifies talent that is available right now.
  • Not to be so expensive.
  • Go back like during the pandemic to utilize free sources of candidates.
It is much better for positions in the mid-future not immediately.

  • It did quite well when portions were free.
  • Identified talent who is available now.
Our recruiters use the projects to put all the candidates in the correct folders and track their communication with them. Either via emails or through the UI in the system
Yes, it appears that this is newest best place to find candidates. It has quickly taken to be at least 25 if not 50% of our hiring pool
It does a pretty good job of keeping things organized
We use Indeed as part of our tools, but it is becoming increasingly more of that marketing budget
It works well, is easy to use, and provides enough general knowledge to work. Would like an integration with our current ATS.
Based on our views, we can't use it to create shortlists. This is more of a one-off for hard-to-find purple squirrels.

For at least the time being, this appears to be where the talent is. They do an awesome job of getting the right jobs to candidates. As a user of the product for myself in the past the jobs that it sends me are 100x better than other tools

  • Price
  • Product Usability
  • Prior Experience with the Product
Even though pricy, the results we received from our time using the product at a cheaper price during the pandemic showed how well it performed. Unfortunately the price did go up and some of the uses went a way (getting credits back for positive interactions with candidates for example)
I can't think of a way. Wish they would have been more negotiable especially to a small minority owned business
  • Implemented in-house
No
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation
None, just a different method to our recruiting process, adding elements etc
  • Just where to place it in our priority process
I signed up, got a username and password and walaa Bob's your uncle
  • No Training
Yes, it was very intuitive. It depends on how technical you are, but does not require a lot of technical acumen.

If you have used any of the other Job Board UIs, it will be very transparent and easy to use

Yes
Yes, there timely response was appreciated
Yes, recently they came to us with a deal, as part of taking that deal we had to rearrange the seats, we just recently got a new rep, and their team was very helpful in making sure that the accounts were setup correctly.
Cause they have done an awesome job in taking care of any support questions I have had.
  • Searching, either by job title, or taking my boolean string
  • Narrowing down candidates with UI elements versus having to using even more complicated boolean strings
  • Ability to chose certain background or years of experience or schooling very similar to UI functionality of the job boards.
  • In certain job titles additional ui elements to narrow further would be helpful.
  • MY GOD, can we get an ideal salary range for candidates
  • Further diversity tools would be helpful
Yes, but I don't use it
While we don't need it to scale, I see how easy it would be to separate by departments and projects
Never had a moment where it was down or not available. and I do a lot of recruiting at night.

Literally never once got an email about any downtime.
Never have an issue
