Yes! They have. However, it was difficult to get to that point of hands-off automation. While PFL provided valuable support in printing and managing the logistics of our direct mail strategy, the automation was largely something we could not replicate without the software.

I'm not super familiar with the particular, but our very custom implementation of some of our systems do provide some challenges for full integration. We are able to see things like pipeline reporting very easily, and work closely with PFL around insights on inventory. From a seller's perspective, it's seamless.

It was relatively easy to achieve hands-off automation and allowed electronic requests to come through at the busiest times of the year for us. Within Salesforce Service Cloud we built a flow that allows agents to select specific marketing materials to send to consumers. This feeds over to a Marketing Cloud journey where marketing materials are automatically chosen and fed to PFL Direct Mail Platform for mailing.

We integrated PFL w/Marketo, which then syncs to our Salesforce. It is simple to set up campaigns within Marketo that are "always on" and can trigger direct mail kits based on the criteria we set up, and also to pull in fields from Marketo (things like name, account name, etc.) to customize pieces within the mailer.

Yes helped us scale internally by removing the "downstream" administrative tasks of sending documents to patients, which took clinician time away from patients once a week. Allowed internal staff to focus "upstream" on patients instead.

The PFL Hybrid Experience Platform allowed our team to take a hands-off approach to managing the shipping process, without sacrificing personalization. This process was very easy to set up, and ran very smoothly.
