Overall Satisfaction with PFL Hybrid Experience Platform

We use PFL to trigger direct mail to our members. We've used it to drive conversions as well as surprise and delight.

We are an education benefits company, so similarly to how you might receive mail from your health insurance, we send mail about their education benefit. Some of our members are less tech savy so mail is a good medium for them.
  • It integrates with Marketo.
  • It sends data back to you about delivery information when it can.
  • Building a new webhook is fairly simple.
  • The reporting is poor.
  • You can't pull a report of all sends of a particular piece, you have to adjust the calendars.

Yes to all the above! The only things that hasn't been as easy is the personalization since PFL does not work with Marketo's formula field type.

If you want to trigger direct mail and do not require a ton of personalization, PFL is a great product. It's fairly easy to use and the direct mail pieces are good quality. They also have a wide assortment to choose from. If you want to get super personalized that's where there are some limitations when working through Marketo we have found.
