Implementation team is having full product knowledge and plan for quick implementation. Project plan was well planned and executed by summit team. implementation, testing, UAT are properly executed, product trainings in UAT and live environment are given in proper way by training teams. Documentation and handover process is much streamlined.

While our initial experience when we implemented the solution was good, however during each upgrade, we faced a lot of challenges, and during the recent upgrade, our production system was down for more than three weeks. Their support teams were not able to resolve the issues in a timely manner.

Conceptually this solution is very good, but due to the resource-hungry application, the speed is very slow. Also need to have users friendliness which is very important for adoption because they are using a traditional set of applications that needs immediate improvement. The dashboard is very good, but call logging is very cumbersome.

Symphony SummitAI helped understand the layout of the service management processes and bring clarity to many aspects that were not considered earlier. The detailed discussions of the processes helped in the roll-out of the system in the entire organization. The hyper care support provided immediately after the implementation was great as it helped iron out any teething issues faced by the users.
