Overall Satisfaction with Symphony SummitAI

Integration across multiple systems with different slices of ITAM capabilities. In my opinion, there's a lack of organizational acceptance of the need for a system of record for IT assets. The assumption is that ticketing and helpdesk tools can deliver ITAM. Keeping ITAMs up to date and accurate.

From my experience, deployment takes a lot of time. No proper resources are available. Presale committed but unable to deliver. though Senior management is reachable
Merino wanted to automate ITAM and ITSM but we could not achieve 50% what was the objective of the product to introduce in merino
Symphony submit has lot of limitation . For example we can not change the password of Admin Account of Desktop. Email to ticket we can not attach documents
