Acquia Platform is used to hosts our website, which in addition to a mobile app, is how we deliver our services.
- Drupal knowledge.
- Good Development tools for code and environment management.
- Monitoring is nonexistent. You need to tell them if/when your site goes down.
- During an outage the service you get varies from OK to really poor; seems to depend on the resource assign.d
- Pricing is impossible to understand, even their sales reps can't tell you.
- The recent outage impacted our site for 9 hours which costs us money.
