Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We are rapidly moving to another platform after discovering that Dropbox randomly deleted files. This included photos of my children and personal videos that took me hours to create. I 100% did not delete them. There is no one available to respond to my repeated contacts for help either.
- Nothing comes to mind at this moment because of what they have done.
- Stop randomly deleting files or at the very least make someone available who can fix your errors.
- I trusted Dropbox with business-critical files and the photos and videos of my children through the years. That trust was misplaced.
