Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting
It is being used by the Board to manage about 40 different contracts/grants. It allows us to record all expenditures and revenue for each of the contracts separately. It allows us to record all transactions and reports to allow our Single Audit auditor to ensure we have recorded all transactions.
- It allows us to track each fund separately.
- All expenditures and the revenue received for each contract are available.
- On the Cost Allocation application, in most cases the to date has to be changed before the from date.
- We have used MIP for 17 years and it has been sufficient for all our needs.
We purchased MIP to handle individual funds and it has worked very well.
Bobby Shields has been a great help in setting our program up and is available to help with any questions.
We reviewed several when we were looking to purchase, and MIP was the only one we found that was user friendly.
