Adobe Campaign is becoming the Lead Marketing Platform!
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign
This is mainly used as an email/direct mail delivery mechanism, but we are developing it into our omni-channel communication tool. As of now, we use it to send all external communications (email, direct mail) while consulting on best practices for other organizational value such as SMS/Push notifications. This tool has been easy to use while really driving value as we bring all our customer communication channels under one tool.

This tool was very powerful and seemed very easy to use for our direct mail capabilities, but wasn't adapted to email. However, as the market grew to involve more personalized expectations we needed to integrate other tools to handle email capabilities and it no longer seemed to fit the business case. It seemed like IBM had made a business decision to not invest in the product where it seems Adobe Campaign has been constantly improved and updated.
