Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
We use ADP SmartCompliance for our wage garnishments and tax filing. It is only used in our Payroll Department. It addresses the problems we have as a large organization with many garnishments, child support deductions, etc. by taking care of everything in relation to third party payments. Before using ADP, we did everything manually.

- Takes care of any issues that arise
- Account managers are very knowledgeable
- Making sure there are enough employees at ADP to get orders processed timely.
- Letting the employer know when things are missed or have not been done timely.
- We have been able to focus more on our 30,000+ employees getting paid on time instead of spending so much time on garnishments.
