Overall Satisfaction with airSlate
Use it for trial reviews and consent. typically <50 people
- management of flow
- electronic signature
- Customer service is only text based and slow
- general use of the service is clunky and seems thrown together
- DocuSign is much easier but now my forms are on airSlate and hard to take back
- editing or swapping out individual forms is hard
- minimal
