Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it for continued training for current staff, onboarding for new staff, and for training for special events that we are having to get staff prepared. It helps keep courses in one place, where progress can be monitored and easily reported to others.

UX design is very outdated
Level of admin permissions is not available so tough to give someone temporary access to a branch they are not a part of

I do not have much experience with any other platform in this space, so it is hard to know if the areas they lack are the same across the board or just for them. But, it gets the job done and is much better than trying to use excel trackers. It is good value for the price
