Overall Satisfaction with AppRiver, from Zix
Zix is being used across the whole organization and was recommended to us for use by a former employee. We are currently subscribed to email threat protection, secure file share, email encryption and archiving. We are in the process of adding an alternative method of business communication to the archiving contract which is very helpful and puts us at ease on the compliance front.
- The user database is easily customizable to suit what we need
- Keywords to detect what should be encrypted
- Archiving system/filtering for reports, etc. is robust and practically functions to do all that we need
- Customer Service--- specific to turn around when submitting a ticket
- Perhaps more training for client use whether that be in person, video links, etc.
