I help implement ApptioOne for clients, as well as providing support services, new product demonstrations and administrative consultations. Typically, the primary use case is enhancing and delivering additional functionality to existing ApptioOne configurations. We use datalink to integrate and automate data ingestion into Apptio, particularly REST api queries that pull from various sources with API capabilities. We also put a lot of value in the modelling capabilities in ApptioOne, where the visual and conceptual views of cost allocation really make a difference in end users reaction to their cost foot print.
