Overall Satisfaction with Apptoto
We use Apptoto to confirm information with clients and to remind them about appointments. The system can send email, text, and phone messages and lets us know if they confirm, need to reschedule or cancel. It reads information directly from our PSA that talks to Google Calenders, including date/time, location email and phone number.
- Automated contact of client.
- Once a client responds it won't send additional messages.
- Outstanding support.
- Lack of integration with Zapier or IFTTT.
- Sometimes clients get confused about what to do.
- No mobile app.
