Overall Satisfaction with Arena
We use Arena for many things. It’s used for parts/BOM/document management. We use it for change control as well. It’s more or less the Bible for our business.
- Where parts are used. It's easier than looking it up in our ERP system.
- Managing ECO's. It works very well with implementing ECO's and sharing changes.
- Organizing BOM's. It's easy to add and remove items.
- Seamless transition through different tabs. I like how it saves your recent search when transitioning through different tabs.
- Uploading Excel documents. We have to convert the file before uploading it. It's kinda hard.
- NPD, we're able to seamlessly roll out new part/document numbers

It's very easy to use and helpful.
