Arena is being used for document control (Change Order processing and approval), control of the non-conformance process, control of the CAPA process and control of the Complaint Process. In addition, the project feature is being used for electronic design history file management. It addresses our document control compliance as a medical device manufacturer in these areas by managing approvals and associated document retention and storage.
