Overall Satisfaction with Arena
We do not use it across the organization. Arena is used for the electronics and device software development and release.
- It interfaces with Digikey which saves considerable time with component entry.
- ECO releases with suppliers.
- Component and BOM history.
- It bothers me that you can't upload a new draft between revisions without losing history. Once you have uploaded the first revision, from that point on, you have manually hand edit changes.

I wasn't involved in the decision making process.
At the time, there wasn't an "implementation" team. It required hiring an Arena specialist to set us up but in hindsight, there should have been more oversight because although he knew Arena well, he didn't know hardware components well.
