Arena is primarily utilized by our supply chain and quality team. The platform was implemented to help store confidential information within the organization as part of being compliant. Arena aids in streamlining communication from various locations to ensure efficiency in supply chain and quality.

Price to applicability is the biggest factor. The majority of the business operation can be executed utilizing cheaper platforms. Arena offers flexibility on functionality as well as price, which made it an easy decision.
I was not involved in the implementation process. However, I heard that the implementation was quite fast; not so much smooth.
We actually have both platforms due to different usage from various department.
