Overall Satisfaction with Arena
Our entire organization uses Arena for product management throughout the lifetime of the device, as well as document control. With Arena, it is easy to manage document revisions, track training, specify critical specifications and implements well with our ERP system. Arena is used daily as a tool for tracking progress in critical project timelines.

- Project planning
Cons
- Slow UI
- Hard to fix mistakes
- Costly
- Time to market
- New product development

- Price
- Product Features
- Product Usability
Cost is the single most important factor for our decision in buying Arena. PLM systems can be expensive and difficult to negotiate a contract with the vendor. However, Arena was very easy to get started with and had affordable entry-level pricing for our small business. We are very happy with our purchase and the money we are spending.
I was not tasked with the implementation of Arena at our business, but I was given a seat in the service upon starting my position. I have used Arena since day one and have always been satisfied with the support Arena offers. During my time using Arena, it has been easy implementing new seats for other Arena users. No hassle.
Upchain is great for cloud deployment, built-in workflow management, and project dashboards. However, we chose Arena because it is the best at integrating with our ERP system. Arena allows for auto-integration for our ERP system, meaning once changes are approved they are automatically pushed into our system and we can start working immediately. There is no downtime for our growing business.
