Our Sales team uses Assistant.to to communicate with our clients on a daily basis, we like this application as this provides us with historical data of our clients.
Also, it being web-based has helped us greatly during this pandemic as all our staff was doing WFH, this helped us to keep our business going without any issues

- Clients can login to their given accounts to stay updated
- Reporting part seems a bit buggy, as the data needs to be verified as it is not proper many times
- maintaining the data from previous projects
- fully integrated customer management system
- the Historical data helps the sales team in creating further plan of action
