We use Astra DB to scale our databases horizontally to handle large amounts of data and high-traffic loads. High scalability with equally high performance provides smooth operations to be carried out. Astra's DB built-in replication and fault tolerance ensures its high availability which is the main use case when downtime is not acceptable.

Astra DB provides a developer-friendly environment with support for popular programming languages and development frameworks. It simplifies the process of building and maintaining databases, allowing developers to focus on application logic. Managing Astra DN becomes easy with all the features provided. The impact has been nothing but positive overall and will continue to be so, I suppose.
Because of its high scalability with performance and availability with cost optimization. On top of that it has security features like role-based access control which makes it deserve the rating given above. Scaling horizontally becomes so easier with Astra DB as it provides automated scaling options, allowing the system to dynamically adjust resources based on workload demand.
Astra DB is at par with each one of them as it's scalability and availability is unmatched. The best thing about Astra DB is it's managed service takes care of database operations, freeing up development teams to work on application features. With its scalable architecture and distributed nature, Astra DB can provide consistent and predictable read and write performance, even as your dataset grows.

Astra DB supports both SQL and No SQL model making it versatile for a wide range of applications. Being based on Cassandra, if one is familiar with Cassandra query language will have a shorter learning curve when starting with Astra DB. If one has to reduce cost on the basis of usage, Astra DB provides good plans.
