Overall Satisfaction with AtTask
It works most of the time but has its glitches. AtTask is used to streamline communication with our designers and input design requests. It does make it easier for our designers to see the different revisions that happened to a certain creative on the Updates tab. However, I don't feel the Design tab where I would input the request is very effective since I could not scroll that area if I wanted to go back up to change some instructions.

- Hard to use reporting feature
- Response time from the global team has improved
- Reduction in emails
- Streamlined our design process signficantly
Sales force is the only other program I used for Design requests. AtTask is much better.
