Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BambooHR to manage all of our employees' data, from employee number, to personal information, work information, among other things. It also helps us manage statistics and custom reports to analyze what is happening at our company. With BambooHR, we know people can access their information from personal stuff, to wage and bonuses, which is a huge plus. BambooHR addressess a problem about people analytics management, a lot of companies don't know how to use that data their employees are giving them to build and discover insights.

Usability

It is a very easy page to manage for people that are not used to computers or technology in general. That is one of the main reasons Hermosillo chose this service. It has a very friendly UI for every employee to understand, and that is really important because, in the end, we want our employees to feel comfortable looking at their information.

Support Rating

When I started using BambooHR as a main manager 4 months ago, it had a good thing with that chat that responded very quickly and helped to fix easy and quick issues. Sadly, it stopped working and now we need to send an email every time we want to solve a problem, even when it is a small one, and it takes almost a day (sometimes more) to give a proper answer.

BambooHR Reporting

Almost all of my work in the company focuses on employee and people analytics, so basically creating custom reports makes my job a lot easier. It has helped us build external dashboards to present it to managers and discover insights and new ways to make our company better. Reporting has been very efficient all the time I've been using BambooHR at the moment.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think BambooHR is meant for companies that have more than 200 employees, because it is not cheap, but for what they are offering, it is a nice software with some easy UI to understand for everyone at a company. I think for a small company, it is way too big of a software and it is not that worth the price.
