Overall Satisfaction with Beta Family
We have used Beta Family to make sure our user experience is the best it can be. This service allowed us to set up tests so that our application is tested and evaluated by real people in order to finally have a CSV file that summarizes the test results.
- It allows you to specify exactly what testers should do.
- Get answers from testers thanks to the questionnaire.
- Select testers according to several criteria.
- The number of testers is still a bit low.
- It can suggest tasks that can be assigned to testers, to save time.
- Questionnaire engine/Questionnaire template
- Receive the test report in CSV format.
- Our product was improved thanks to the feedback of testers.
- We got some great feature ideas from the testers that we added to our product.
