Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

We use this Birdeye to help get more reviews for our own business and we use it with all of our clients as well. We set up all our clients with their own account so that they can use it too in order to gain more reviews.

  • Getting more reviews for our clients is one of the most important things that we do so it is crucial to have this service and provide a user friendly experience for our clients.
It is not listed in the above searches, but we used a company called Reviewwave. It didn't have nearly the same amount of features or customization.

Reaching out to clients for reviews is the way that I have had the most experience and it works well for that. Using it for funeral homes can be a little less than appropriate, but if we customize the working of the reachout that helps to avoid that.
