Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo
We currently use Bizzabo to Offer a Mobile App, Polling, Agenda Management, Community and chat services, as well as Online Services and Lead Tracking. It allows us to offer a unified platform for events management and registration and connects to our CRM through API

- Customer Service isn't knowledgable enough at times
- Customer Services "rushes", either via automation or manual usage, to Close tickets
- At times, the platform becomes unresponsive without a status page to refer to for updates
- The User interface and speed of the Onsite Command App Session Scanning is slow to respond and requires a significant increase in bandwidth on site.
- Single Platform for Web/Mobile/Onsite Services/Lead Tracking
- Easy to use API - Unidirectional back to CRM out of the box, but can be built to Push to Bizzabo using their Events API
- Intuitive Mobile App Interface to easily access polling, deliverables, speaker profiles, etc.
- Our app adoption rate is 15%-20% higher since we starting using Bizzabo
- We finally had a legitimate Session Scanning Inventory platform. Analytics were terrific
- Some of our smaller sponsors made significant increase in exposure due to Sponsors directory in App.
Bizzabo is offering a fully fleshed platform that has learned from its mistakes and has made best efforts to improve, specifically during the pandemic and the global shift to hybrid. Their responsiveness as a team and knowledge throughout showed that their staff was people who had been there a while and people who were knowledgable and passionate about their craft. Boomset, following the acquisition, was a former shell of what we were using, and we felt abandoned as customers, due to the lack luster customer support and technology in use.
