Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions

We use Blackbaud Education Management Solutions as our education management system across the entire organization.
  • I like the appearance and design options
  • The grade book functions well
  • There is a good variety of reports available
  • There is nowhere to record lesson plans
  • In-program assignments have usability issues
  • I was able to cut back from three different programs used daily to two.
I have not dealt with the support aspect, but I have seen that there are videos available and I know that our leaders received training that was passed on to teachers.
It is very useful for teachers to present material, links, assignments, etc. to students.
