Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions
We use BlackBaud Education Management Solutions for grades, class assignments, our central database, email communications platform, school calendar, news items, school directory, tight integration with our public website, and alumni relations--essentially, it is our central information and communications hub. We also use an array of third party services that integrate with BlackBaud Education Management Solutions's service: Ruvna (emergency alerting and accountable system), VisitU (visitor check-in), EZ Lunch (cafeteria management system), Blackboard Connect (emergency alert system), Magnus Health (student health records and COVID survey system), PickATime (parent/teacher scheduling system) and Event Manager (facilities scheduling).

Somewhat. The integration is still a work in progress because these systems were developed separately, so making them work together has been a challenge, but the progress has been slow but steady.
