When we open a case with Blackline, the support and its system sent us notification of the status and assigned a member to work and resolve our request. The module to open case has great feature to identify the type of request and level of urgency of our request. To this date, all of our cased have been resolved and in a timely manner.

When we deciding to select Blackline as our solution for Account Reconciliation, their Moderating Account Playbook plays a critical role in our decision. The playbook help our audience (including our leadership team) to see the value and the benefits of the system. Blackline solution has an easy user interface for our audience to navigate through its system. The system has the ability to configure the requirement for our account reconciliation policy for compliance.

We have enable the Matching tool within the Reconciliation process to help our users to perform their reconciliation more efficiently and time saving. The benefits have helped us to spend more time on strategic planning for growth an expansion. BlackLine is a cloud based that enable user to perform their work that can auto-save. The cloud environment are secured for users to access. BlackLine allows us to enable single-sign on from our network for ease of use. We enjoy some of the automated function--notably workflow and routing--and reporting to help our business to be optimized in their reconciliation process.
