Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Bloomfire is used by our whole organization to consolidate knowledge about our processes. Across our organization there is a lot of required knowledge and some of this has previously been 'assumed knowledge'. Bloomfire has helped ensure that this is captured so that it can be referenced. This means that the number of consultants accurately following our processes has increased.

  • User profile functionality doesn't seem fully utilized
  • Navigation can be tricky

Bloomfire's ability to include photos, lists, and images can be helpful in really delving into the specifics and minutiae of processes. However, unless video and/or audio clips are used, it can be harder to use it for interpersonal and/or soft skills. With that said, it's not necessarily the best resource when consultants are required to have difficult conversations with customers and need talking points.
