Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
It’s the primary platform for video communication our organization uses. This is frequently used by my research team, we use it with partners across the country as well as locally.

- Personalized Link
- Recording available immediately
- Preset options for flexible use of links (i.e moderator doesn’t have to be in-call).
- Chat space is only 1:1 or all. We need options to create flexible groups.
- No chat rooms.
- Live whiteboard feels inaccessible.
- Average but it’s limiting for my teaching platforms.
- Zoom
It doesn’t. I prefer Zoom.
