Great Product - very thankful we have it !
Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We are currently using BlueJeans to conduct meetings, consultations, team-building sessions, interviews and even for some educational videos.
With Covid-19 realities we have had to pivot from doing all this work in-person. So far it's been a great tool and we were attracted to the end-to-end encryption which some competitors were not offering back in March of 2020.

Pros
- Good video quality.
- Easy to use.
- Some break-out into small group features.
Cons
- Small break-out groups can be improved - one competitor has an advantage there for sure.
- It would be great to allow users to move the video boxes around their screen to help those of us who have large screens and external webcams to move people and the video of ourselves into the most useful spot.
- I would say it's a good ROI so far.
- Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Hangouts Chat
Zoom is better with break outs and was better for the teaching I did last semester.
Teams is being rolled out with Canadian Fed government so it's protected B and trusted. Many departments block BlueJeans, Google, and Zoom invites.
We do not like Google Hangouts so Zoom is much better quality.
Zoom did not respond to questions when I was purchasing back in March and BlueJeans responded well and quickly so I went with BlueJeans. As it gets better I would love to see it surpass Zoom in Canada for its use. There is a new product called Circles we are also exploring. Would be great if it could be an app within BlueJeans in the future.
