BQE CORE becoming top of the industry as it streamlines previous issues
Overall Satisfaction with BQE CORE
I use BQE Core for Billing and Accounting. As a firm it is also used for project management. We have also recently added on the CRM. About 6 months ago, we were ready to jump ship from CORE to somewhere else like Deltek because of all the issues we were having. However, with the new CEO and sticking through many changes that were rolled out by CORE, it is now much better and we are much happier with the system. There are still glitches that continue to happen, but we are also filtering through those that are spurred on by our own user error/practices that were not helpful and when it is an issue with CORE where we need to call up and have someone help, there is always someone who can help fix whatever the problem may be. Changes are still happening and we patiently await some of those to make this an even better platform for efficiency in communication, invoicing, and project management.

Yes - There are ongoing bugs that should hopefully go away once they have transitioned their interface from have two to just the one.
When we were looking at using ePayments, they were very helpful in answering all our questions in a timely manner and helping us set up this option for our clients.
