Bridge is being used throughout our franchise network, as well as our corporate headquarters.

- Content creation is easy to navigate and develop
- There are limited features for admin's to edit and manipulate content on bridge such as being able to organize content on the Learning Library and being able to better organize content in programs
- Communication with the development team can be difficult and mixed messages are given when it comes to product updates. The updates that do take place and are implemented are not ones, from our company's standpoint, the ones that should be focused on and are small changes to existing features that had no real issues.
- We have just started implementing additional training and are developing tracking on this. as of now no information available.
- We have implemented certification training for the different job roles within our franchise network. Our goal from this is to increase productivity, generate more revenues and reduce turnover.
