- Provides a one stop shop for learning.
- Provides an easy to access platform for finding information to improve specific skills.
- Makes it easy to upload new content at a moment's notice.
- Lack of instant messenger can be a problem. Having this would make it easier to resolve problems quicker.
- Insights for managers are either only direct reports or everyone, making it difficult to find our cross utilized staff.
