Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn ATS & CRM
Bullhorn [ATS & CRM] is perhaps one of the more polished and well-designed ATS systems out on the market currently. The exact versions I've used [are] the vanilla Bullhorn and also Bullhorn S. Both systems were designed well but the S version was even more so. It was easy, quick to learn, and became intuitive very quickly. Using the system made life very easy and there were some cool features in there such as the Applicant Flow where you could track the submissions, interviews, and placements of a candidate very easily. There were some issues and some bugs regarding reliability and sometimes [the] Bullhorn Support team would take a long time to help out with any technical issues but otherwise, the product was one of the best I've used so far. The whole company was using it across multiple locations but using their own "instance" of Bullhorn due to GDPR reasons. It helped with streamlining business processes both for candidates and clients.

Itris was a good system but was very rudimentary. The functions within Itris and Bullhorn were fundamentally the same but Bullhorn's UI was much better designed and visually more appealing which made it more fun to use. Itris didn't have the applicant or client workflow but Itris had other functions like sending out SMS texts through the system easily which was a nice function that Bullhorn didn't have. Itris was also a much cheaper system to buy and maintain.
