Overall Satisfaction with Calendar

We use Calendar for our everyday scheduling and meeting planning across our company. We use it together with Mail and other Workspace apps. An online Calendar is a basic tool for remote working and organization, as it is the base of our planning and coordination among our teams. We use it on PC, Mac, Android, and iPhones.

  • Real time updates.
  • Integration with Mail and other Workspace tools.
  • Great UI.
  • Integration with Mac calendar app can be a little better.
  • Seamless scheduling and data sharing between teams.
  • Low cost integration and compatibility.
  • Quick response time and professional management for meetings with customers and other outside collaborators.
They are almost copy of each other, Calendar is the first one so I think it is a bit better.

I believe Calendar is the de-facto standard for scheduling and meeting these days. If you want to use it in an enterprise environment, it has a cost per user so I consider it to be a professional tool. If you have a very small business or personal matters, Calendar outside of Workspace is a better option, although it's almost the same tool.
