Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It is being used across the whole organization. Ceridian Dayforce addressed time management, scheduling, payroll, HR services, benefits, compensation, onboarding, recruitment, succession and personality profiling.

  • Quicker response time from client solutions would be nice
  • Introduce third party provider in the beginning
  • Include more detailed features in New modules
  • Increased efficiencies of our managers and admin staff (HR & Payroll)
  • Created succession for key roles
  • Allowed access to important information from anywhere
  • Stream lined and automated payroll and time attendances processes
Compliance with our different unionized branches. Flagging our payroll team when an error has been made
Managers can see their scheduling gaps in real time, find out where we are at in recuiting and reviewing candidates and determine what the average salary is for new hires.
I dont have to log into a bunch of different applications to get my work done
Ceridian is well suited for any size of business. It is great for employees that are not as tech savvy. Huge suite of products. Tons of innovation. Great communication and engagement from company.
