Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We currently use Ceridian Dayforce as our HR and payroll system for the US. We use it as a self-service system for employees and managers.
- It's a good self-service tool for employees and managers.
- Reliable connectivity.
- Customer support.
- Benefits administration is clunky and not user-friendly.
- The core HR module is not entirely user-friendly.
- Employee self-service allows employees to perform their own actions.
- Time off requests are all electronic.
The system is automatically updated on a regular basis when there is a federal or state change, as it relates to law changes or tax changes, and we are notified via email when those changes take place.
It has not impacted any decision making processes for our organization.
We do not use all of the modules within Ceridian, due to the fact that we are owned by a parent company in Europe, and they require us to use software programs that are being used by the organization as a whole.
