- It's always updating and upgrading.
- Ceridian provides an app to make it super easy for employees.
- Ceridian Dayforce needs to improve the help feature to make it more user-friendly and easier to find solutions on your own.
- They could speed up the turnaround time when contacting Ceridian through the support site.
- It makes things quicker and easier for HR and Managers to process payroll and manage employees.
It's so much easier to see everything in one place for all individuals involved.
It's nice not having to worry about making sure everything is up to date in all modules and worrying about if data has pulled over correctly. It is also easy for 1-2 people to manage, depending on the size of your organization.
