Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
It is being used for payroll.
- User-friendly
- Staff has access to their information on the app.
- The help database available is great. Thorough instructions on how to fix your issue. Customer service is also available if you can't find the information you need.
- Response time for non-urgent help items can take too long to get a response from the customer service reps at times.
- Originally, we wanted the WFM timekeeping package along with it, but it would not work for us as we have a complex system.
- Could improve the HR portion, so that our current forms can be uploaded into the system, sent to staff and staff can digitally sign off. Digital signatures are a must in our business.
- Data is easily accessible being online.
- Helps the organization towards going paperless.
These are setup within the system by the Ceridian staff and updated when legislation changes.
Since at this time we cannot use all portions of HCM, I cannot comment.
We were told they would continue working on updates to make the other applications work for our complex system. I am hopeful that that will happen so we can have everything in one system.
